Gate 4: Can you operate and close it safely?
- Price the replacement workflow with current quotes.
- Confirm contractor continuity and backups.
- Write low, base, and high financial cases.
- Agree on escrow, inspection, transfer, and dispute terms.
- Have qualified advisers review legal, tax, and financing issues.
Finish with one of three decisions: proceed, request specific evidence, or pass. "Maybe" must have an owner and deadline.
